Jeremy Walston Lifetime Achievement Award
We are honored to announce that Prof. Alfonso J. Cruz-Jentoft will receive the 2027 Jeremy Walston Lifetime Achievement Award, in recognition of his foundational contributions to the definition and understanding of sarcopenia as a clinical syndrome.
The award will be presented at the opening of the ICFSR 2027, Prof. Cruz-Jentoft will deliver a 20-minute keynote lecture reflecting on the evolution of the field he helped define.
