The online abstract submission system closes on October 5, 2026, no late submissions will be accepted after this date.
Once the Scientific Committee has reviewed your submission, presenting authors will be notified of the decision and must complete their registration by December 15, 2026. Abstracts linked to unregistered authors will be removed from the final program.
Please note that only abstracts submitted through the official online platform will be considered, submissions sent by email cannot be processed. If your abstract isn't selected for an oral presentation, it will automatically be considered for a poster, no need to submit it twice.
